Arch support shell: Nylon contoured shaped inside sole
Bottom：high quality eva foam
Length： Full length footbed
Forefoot thickness： 4-4.5mm
Heel thickness: 6-6.5mm

Ultra-thin design: they are ideal for tigth-fitting footwears with non-removable insoles or shoe where you would need additional room in the toe area;

Anti-blister top fabric cover to help keep feet dry and cool and to prevent foot movement;
