PDCA training meeting

It is great to invite Miss Yuan to give us the training on the topic of PDCA(plan–do–check–act or plan–do–check–adjust)management system.

PDCA (plan–do–check–act or plan–do–check–adjust) is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products. It is also known as the Deming  circle/cycle/wheel, the Shewhart  cycle, the control circle/cycle, or plan–do–study–act (PDSA).

A fundamental principle of the scientific method and PDCA is iteration—once a hypothesis is confirmed (or negated), executing the cycle again will extend the knowledge further. Repeating the PDCA cycle can bring its users closer to the goal, usually a perfect operation and output.

Quality control is the most important part in our manufacturing. By taking this meeting, all of our work forces have a better understanding that how to supervise and evaluate the result comes from the production. PDCA is also a good way to encourage us to be critical thinking.  An engaged, problem-solving workforce using PDCA in a culture of critical thinking is better able to innovate and stay ahead of the competition through rigorous problem solving and the subsequent innovations.

We will keep learning and never stop. We do our best to provide our customers the good products.
