What are insoles made of?

In our factory, we separate our products into two parts bases on their material and manufacturing technology.

The one dept is EVA workshop. In this workshop we product orthotic insole and sports insole mostly. Most of this kind of product is made of various foams together with different kinds of thermoplastic shells. By using our expertise on the material and combine the request of the customer, we choose the appropriate material to make the best product for our customer. The basic manufacturing processes for this kind of product are design – raw material purchasing- lamination- production preparing-molding- production assembling-die cutting-quality checking – packaging. The production of orthopedic insoles is a time-consuming production process that requires skilled technical cooperation and a high degree of knowledge of material properties. With 5 years producing experience, we are pretty confident to say we are good at this.

The other dept is Polyurethane workshop. The products are PU insole、gel insole and e-TPU(boost)insole. The material itself is relatively flexible, and it has the advantages of insulation, compression, etc., and the PU material itself is sticky, so it is not easy to slip in the shoes. It is very important that PU material has very good shock absorption performance. More importantly,it not only absorb the shock, but also return the energy back to your feet, so that during the movement or the outdoor activities, our feet feel less tired when compared with wearing the insole with normal foam material. From a production point of view, the mass production of PU products has the characteristics of large output and stable quality. The daily output can reach 20,000 pairs. Our company has 2 PU mass production lines, one of which is 30 meters and the other is 25 meters. We can adjust the production schedule in time to meet the customer's delivery requirements according to the customer's order volume requirements.

We are ready to provide you our best service.
